Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager Domestic Air Freight (D2D)

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving sales and expanding the customer base for Domestic Air Freight (Door-to Door) services.
• Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market reach in the domestic air freight sector.
• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through targeted approaches, presentations, and negotiations.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring profitability targets are met.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure deals that align with company objectives.
• Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and adjustments in strategy.
• Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are documented and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirement

• Strong understanding of the domestic air freight industry and logistics solutions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in D2D domestic air freight.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Sales and negotiation o Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics, preferably in Domestics air freight (D2D).
