Role & responsibilities

• Team Management:
• Oversee and lead the sales team to ensure high performance.
• Set clear objectives and provide continuous guidance and support.
• Business Development:
• Create and implement business plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to expand the customer base and penetrate new markets.
• Revenue and Profit Goals:
• Achieve assigned gross profit (GP) targets individually and as a team.
• Ensure sales targets for volume and profits are consistently met.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
• Conduct quality checks and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Expense Control:
• Monitor and control sales-related expenses to optimize profitability.
• Sales Software Management:
• Update and manage sales data using the designated sales software.
• Market Expansion:
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry for AM.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry for Manager.
• Hands-on experience in core sales functions, including GP achievement, market expansion, and customer management.
• Product Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of freight forwarding services, operations, and the industry landscape.
• Stability in Career:
• Candidates with frequent job switching for better opportunities will not be considered.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
