Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and initiatives in the Air Cargo sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of Air Cargo services.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of weekly sales calls, and participate in formulation sales forecasts.
• Maintain an updated customer database, with appropriate profiles and segmentation.
• Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high customer satisfaction levels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers to secure profitable business deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Occasionally, travel may be required to meet clients or attend industry events.

Skills and Experiences

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding/Air sector.
• Strong customer management skills, and knowledge of the market.
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
