Desktop Support Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Troubleshoot network like LAN, WAN and VPN.

To control the breakdown of persistent hardware and application issues.

To Manage proper functioning of all the software of Windows & Mac OS.

To Manage all internal and External issues on Call/Remote/Visit to Location.

Taking Care of all Types of backup like User backup, Email Backup and important software Backup.

IT Asset Inventory Management.

Manage and troubleshoot IP/Analog Camera & DVR/NVR/XVR.

Participating in new Development Software and Coordinating with IT Development Team.

Manage Thermal, Barcode , Multifunctional Printer and Scanners

Manage IPBX and Landline Issue.

Setup Desktop/Laptop and assigning to new Joinings

Training to Employees about any IT Software or Policies

Visit to other office/Branches/WH/Store location if required

Responsible for all type of Technical Task, Whatever assigned by Management.
