Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Coordination Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient planning, execution, and monitoring of projects within our organization. As a Project Coordination Executive, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and facilitate clear communication to drive successful project outcomes.

Job Description-

• Project Planning and Scheduling
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables and develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between various teams involved in the project.
• Coordinate resources and allocate tasks to team members based on their strengths and expertise.
• Serve as a central point of contact for project-related queries and updates
• Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to senior management for resolution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, status reports, error sheets and meeting minutes.
• Generate regular progress reports to update stakeholders on project status, accomplishments, and upcoming milestones
• Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and requirements.
• Conduct thorough reviews and inspections to identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors

Requirement -

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective teamwork and collaboration
• Basic knowledge of Banking and finance is preferred.
• Candidates having prior work experience in fintech domain shall be preferred.
• Candidates looking forward to a long-term association with career focus in financial technology field in Ahmedabad shall be right choice for this vacancy.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
• Male or Female both can apply

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate fresher or experienced having good command over English and Hindi is preferred
