Qualifications

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / B.E. Architecture.
• A Master's degree from NICMAR or an equivalent in Construction Management or a related field.

• Desirable Certifications:
• Certifications in Civil Engineering or Architecture, particularly related to hotel projects, are a bonus.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Act as the central hub for communication between consultants, contractors, architects, and internal teams.
• Monitor and ensure projects are on time and within budget, meeting all milestones effectively.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with stakeholders to address requirements, resolve challenges, and drive decision-making.

Quality Assurance

• Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring projects meet quality benchmarks and construction regulations.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain a robust record of project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
• Provide timely updates and actionable insights to senior management.

Resource Management

• Optimize resource allocation to meet project goals efficiently.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management for materials and equipment.
