Presales Executive

Job Description:

• Assist in lead generation efforts by researching potential clients and qualifying leads..
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads effectively.Track and report on sales metrics, lead generation activities, and conversion rates.
• Support the Pre-sales Manager in creating proposals and presentations for potential clients.Participate in property tours, client meetings, and industry events to promote the companys real estate offerings.
• Serve as a point of contact for initial client inquiries and requests..
• Coordinate meetings and site visits between clients and the sales team.
• Develop a strong understanding of the companys products, services, and value proposition.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support pre-sales activities..
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and project status updates.
