Presales Executive /Tele sales

Role & responsibilities

• Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, follow up with potential clients, and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Cold Calling & Follow-ups: Engage with prospects through outbound calls, messages, and emails.
• Client Qualification: Identify potential buyers, understand their requirements, and schedule site visits.
• Coordination: Liaise with sales teams to ensure smooth client handover.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain lead data in the system to track progress.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
