Responsibilities

Content Creation and Editing

• Create compelling and informative property descriptions that highlight key features, amenities, and Floor Plans.
• Edit property listings for accuracy, ensuring that all details are up to date and consistent with the propertys current status.
• Collaborate with an in-house team to gather necessary information and ensure accurate representation of the property.

User Engagement and Conversion

• Implement and optimize call-to-action (CTA) buttons, forms, and other conversion-focused elements to drive user engagement and lead generation.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, design, and development, to align website updates with broader organizational strategies.
• Provide progress updates, and address feedback and concerns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Website Editor or similar role.
• Proficient in using WordPress CMS, including content creation, customization, and plugin management.
• Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices, including responsive design and user experience.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and on-page optimization techniques.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Photo Editing Skills are a plus point
