Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the Central Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development: Drive real estate sales by identifying potential buyers and closing deals.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and meet targets.
• Client Relationship Management: Understand customer needs, provide property solutions, and maintain long-term relationships.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects in Central Mumbai.
• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate quality leads through various channels.
• Site Visits & Negotiation: Coordinate property site visits, present project features, and negotiate deals effectively.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, brokers, and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in real estate sales (preferably in Mumbai).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle high-value transactions and work in a target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate market trends.
• Experience in channel sales or direct sales in real estate will be an advantage.

Location:

Central Mumbai (covering areas like Mulund, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Ghatkopar, etc.)
