Experience: Minimum 1-5 years experience into home loans sales

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation

• Meet with prospective homebuyers to assess their loan requirements and financial

eligibility.

• Provide guidance on available home loan products, interest rates, and repayment

options.

• Explain the application process, required documentation, and timelines to clients.

Loan Application Processing

• Assist clients in completing loan applications accurately and efficiently.

• Collect, verify, and evaluate financial documentation such as income statements,

credit reports, and tax returns.

• Coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approval and disbursal of loans.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain relationships with clients throughout the loan process to ensure a positive

customer experience.

• Address customer queries and concerns related to loan terms, EMIs, or repayment

structures.

• Build and maintain a network of real estate agents, brokers, and developers to

generate referrals.

Compliance & Risk Assessment

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and legal standards.

• Conduct risk assessments to minimize defaults and ensure loan approval integrity.

• Keep accurate and confidential records of all client transactions and communications.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loan products.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by participating in marketing

campaigns and events.

• Provide market insights on trends, competition, and customer preferences to the

management team.
