Team Lead Inside Sales - Real Estate

Role & responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the inside sales team.
• Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales to achieve monthly revenue targets of the Team.
• Train, and develop team members to ensure a high level of performance.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
• Monitor individual and team performance metrics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Implement improvement plans as needed to address performance gaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Address customer concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance team skills.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance and key metrics.
  
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior Experience in Real Estate Inside Sales/ Pre Sales.
• Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of inside sales strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
