Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess competitor strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide suitable product recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and closing deals over the phone or face-to-face.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after a sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Stay updated on the company s products and services as well as industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and manage client accounts.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as needed.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and lead generation techniques is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a benefit.
