Job Description
- Assist in identifying potential brand licensing opportunities in the real estate market.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and potential brand partners.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and contracts for brand licensing opportunities.
- Assist in managing relationships with existing and potential brand partners.
- Help maintain and update client databases, tracking sales activity and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and legal, to ensure smooth brand licensing processes.
- Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events to network and promote licensing opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and potential leads.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Strong interest in brand licensing and real estate.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
