Deputy Manager - Store

Objective:

• Receipt & issue material, storage of materials, Proper accounting of receipts and issue material; Maintain stock, identify and segregate non confirming material in the store.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overall responsible for authorized receipt and issue of materials from the stores.
• To ensure proper storage of materials in the stores at identified places with inspection and test status & To ensure proper handling of the materials inside the stores.
• To get preservation checks of the material stored in the stores from the concerned, periodically.
• To ensure proper accounting of receipt and issue of the materials and maintain proper stock records.
• To verify the receipt materials documents against purchase order requirements.
• To decide minimum stock level for certain fast moving materials in consultation with the project Engineer.
• To maintain product identification of all the products in the stores with their inspection and test status.
• To inform requester, if any quantity found short or not in stock.
• To store materials systematically in the stores & maintain good housekeeping in the stores.
• To keep up to date monitoring of all the returnable material sent outside the factory.
• To prepare all the stores records and maintaining the same as per master list of records.

Academic Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Material Management

Work Experience & Skills:

• 8 to 12 Years
• SAP
• Team Player
• Negotiation skills
• Excellent MS office
• Good analytical skills etc.
