Job Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role requires a strategic and proactive approach to recruitment, from job posting creation to the final offer stage. The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensures that recruitment processes are efficient and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals, ensuring that candidate sourcing aligns with business objectives.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment platforms, job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to find qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, phone interviews, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Job Postings & Advertisements: Create compelling job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms, ensuring they attract a diverse range of candidates.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements, set timelines for the recruitment process, and provide regular updates.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Manage and update the ATS to ensure accurate and timely candidate data, tracking the progress of applicants.
  • Offer Negotiation: Present job offers to selected candidates, discuss salary and benefits packages, and finalize employment terms.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication, providing feedback, and addressing concerns.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, talent acquisition best practices, and competitor hiring activities to refine sourcing strategies and remain competitive in the talent market.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring a fair and unbiased hiring process and actively seeking diverse candidate pools.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular updates and reports to HR leadership on recruitment progress, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.Role & responsibilities
