Role Overview

As the Director of US IT Services Sales, you will drive revenue growth and spearhead sales strategies within the US market. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in IT services sales, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets in the US IT services market.
  • Identify and prioritize high-growth verticals and opportunities.
  1. Client Acquisition & Retention:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction.
  1. Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to exceed targets.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity.
  1. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine product and service offerings.
  1. Forecasting & Reporting:
  • Own sales forecasts, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Present regular updates to executive leadership on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, managed services, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
  • Strong network of relationships with enterprise clients and partners in the US market.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with emerging tech trends such as AI/ML, IoT, and edge computing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
