Job Description
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
- Post job openings and maintain job boards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Sourcing & Networking:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates for current and future job openings.
- Attend job fairs, career events, and engage with professional networks to enhance the company's talent pool.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media platforms, and direct sourcing to find passive candidates.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR leadership on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
- Analyze hiring trends and make recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding & Compliance:
- Coordinate with the HR and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
- Employer Branding & Culture:
- Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the companys culture and employer brand.
- Ensure the recruitment process reflects the company’s values and creates a positive candidate experience.
