Corporate Recruiter

Position Overview:

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, focusing on sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to support staffing needs in the US staffing industry.

📍 Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days working)
⏰ Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST (Mid-day Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for internal roles, including job postings, sourcing,
screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements and create effective
sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates using a variety of methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and
professional networks.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to both candidates and hiring teams.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from
initial contact to offer acceptance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track
recruitment metrics.
• Ensure timely hiring to meet the staffing needs of the business.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on internal hiring in the US staffing
  industry.
  • Proven experience in recruiting for US-based roles across Indian markets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while paying close attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and job boards.
  • Knowledge of the US staffing industry trends and regulations is a plus.
