Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to fill various positions within our organization. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit healthcare professionals including but not limited to nurses, physicians, therapists, and allied health professionals through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
2. Review resumes and credentials to ensure candidates meet the qualifications and requirements for open positions.
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
7. Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
8. Conduct background checks, drug screens, and other pre-employment screenings as needed.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and other industry partners to build a strong talent pipeline.
10. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
3. Strong knowledge of healthcare terminology, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
8. Certification in recruitment or human resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. Passion for healthcare and making a positive impact on patient care.
