Job Requirement:
Minimum of 2 years-8 years of Healthcare Recruitment industry experience Must have hands on Identify, source, and recruit qualified RNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Loment process, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and answering questions. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and make recommendations for process improvements. Requirements:
*Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills.
*Excellent analytical and organizational skills; self-starter with high standards in any given task
*Experience in using online tools (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn.
*Must have Min. 2 years of experience working in US Healthcare Staffing dealing with W2 candidates and Direct/MSP clients.
*Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
*Dedicated and coordinate with the team toward assignments, learning savvy & innovative skills
