Need Immediate joiners
Position: Trainee US IT / NON IT Recruiter
Experience: Freshers
Workdays: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:30 AM IST
Compensation: Fixed Salary (Including PF) + Incentives + Free meal + Medical Insurance, Pick and Drop facility ( Pick up will be Centralised and Drop will be DoorStep )
Salary: 3 - 3.6 LPA
Note : Salary for the first month will be a training stipend
Who can apply: HR Graduates & IT Graduates
Required Skills in Candidates
- Candidates with good written and verbal English communication.
- Knowledge of Recruitment Skills is added advantage
- Willingness to learn
Job Description - Roles & Responsibilities :
1. You need to Source candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods
2. You need to Screen and build a pipeline of candidates
3. You Must be able to meet the deadlines and targets - targets will be 1 sub per day and 5 subs per week
4. During peak times, you may need to extend your shift by 30 minutes to an hour.
5. You Should be able to deal with the clients from submission till closer.
6. Your selection in either the IT or non-IT domain will depend on your performance in the final round of interviews.
7. If you are selected for a Non-IT domain, you will work in roles such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Marketing, Sales, or Operations.
8. If you are selected for an IT domain, you will work in roles such as Java Developer, Python Developer, .NET Developer, Data Engineer, Project Manager, Automation Engineer, or similar positions.
