Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnership:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing insights and solutions on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent management.
    • Align HR strategies with the companys short- and long-term business goals.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Address employee concerns and conflicts, ensuring timely resolution while maintaining a positive work environment.
    • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  3. Talent Management:
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop strategies for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
    • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.
  4. Change Management:
    • Drive and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with company objectives.
    • Facilitate communication and training to ensure employee buy-in and understanding.
  5. HR Policy Implementation:
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.
    • Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Workforce Analytics:
    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
    • Monitor key HR KPIs such as employee engagement, turnover rates, and diversity metrics.
  7. Learning and Development:
    • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to create training programs tailored to the needs of the business units.
    • Support leadership development initiatives to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
  8. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Champion DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture.
    • Promote practices that enhance diversity at all levels of the organization.
  9. HR Operations:
    • Support HR operational activities such as onboarding, offboarding, and compensation planning.
    • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver specialized services (e.g., benefits, payroll, recruitment).
