Onboarding Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Drafting and Review:

• Draft, review, and revise contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and employment contracts.
• Ensure contracts are legally sound, clear, and in the companys best interest.

1. Negotiation:

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to negotiate terms and conditions.
• Ensure agreements protect the organizations legal and financial interests while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders.

1. Risk Assessment and Compliance:

• Identify and mitigate legal and business risks in contracts.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor updates in legal regulations that may affect contractual obligations.

1. Contract Management:

• Maintain and manage a centralized database of contracts.
• Track contract renewal and expiration dates and alert relevant parties as needed.
• Implement best practices for document control and storage.

1. Collaboration and Support:

• Work closely with other departments (e.g., procurement, HR, sales) to address contract-related inquiries.
