Position: Inside Sales Representative/ Business Development (International Sales)

Location Gurugram (Hybrid / Remote)

Serigor Inc is a Maryland-based, CMMI L3, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) specializing in IT Services, IT Staff Augmentation, Government Solutions, and Global Delivery. Founded in 2009, we provide IT services to US government agencies and Fortune 500 companies, focusing on Managed IT Services, Enterprise Application Development, Testing and Management Consulting, Salesforce, Cloud and Infrastructure Consulting, DevOps Consulting, Migration Consulting, Service Management, Custom Implementation and IT Operations & Maintenance, Remote Application & Infrastructure Monitoring and Management, Big Data as a Service, and Data Science Consulting practices. We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in selling IT services, particularly in the US region. This role will focus on driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading presales efforts to achieve business objectives.


Please Note:

  • This role requires 1-5 years of work experience in sales in the IT industry.
  • MUST be available to work in US EST time zone (7 PM IST - 4 AM IST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership in the execution to generate leads/scheduling meetings by outbound efforts for all of our IT Services offerings in the International market preferably North America using emails, calls, LinkedIn, running campaigns, and more.
  • Experience in International markets (USA, UK, European Region, Middle East, etc.) for generating business and grabbing leads for IT development projects for the organization.
  • Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, and providing technical information and explanations.
  • Deep familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom Info, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CrunchBase, etc.
  • Relevant B2B Inside Sales experience in Solutions / Services Selling.
  • Generate qualified leads within the target audience as determined by Sales.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and Management to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly qualified appointment goals.
  • Must have basic knowledge of IT services offerings.
  • Follow-ups with Prospects and maintain relationships by providing sales information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities.
  • Experience in generating leads in Salesforce, DevOps, Product engineering and cloud business is highly preferred

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business, IT, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT service sales, with a focus on the US market.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing the sales process from lead generation to closure.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales, inside sales, and presales methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of the US IT market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of IT Services & Product inside sales experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Demonstrated perseverance, motivation, Aggression, diligence, and attention to detail.
