Job Description

Recruitment Process Management:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.).
Post job openings and maintain job boards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date listings.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms, and extend job offers to selected candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Sourcing & Networking:
Build and maintain a pipeline of top-tier candidates for current and future job openings.
Attend job fairs, career events, and engage with professional networks to enhance the company's talent pool.
Use innovative sourcing techniques such as Boolean search, social media platforms, and direct sourcing to find passive candidates.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to HR leadership on key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness.
Analyze hiring trends and make recommendations to improve recruitment strategies.
Onboarding & Compliance:
Coordinate with the HR and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations.
Employer Branding & Culture:
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to promote the companys culture and employer brand.
Ensure the recruitment process reflects the company’s values and creates a positive candidate experience.
