Job Description:
-Collaborate with the Brand Manager/Category Lead to develop assets for one or more brand categories, focusing on creating tactical and reactive brand
strategies and communications to enhance brand salience, awareness, and imagery.
-Assist the Brand Manager/Category Lead in the formulation of the national Annual Marketing Plan, including the Go-to-market plan, in alignment with
category plan guidelines to achieve organizations goals.
-Assist Brand Manager/Category Lead in managing the brands daily operations, including the regular monitoring of brand performance on a monthly and
quarterly basis. Drive brand sales and the continuous improvement of Gross Margin.
-Work with the cross-functional team to execute the marketing plan in the market and monitor the performance of supporting initiatives.
-Contribute to innovation, activation, advertising (ATL), and promotional (BTL) efforts for assigned projects, while supporting brand budget management.
-Monitor and manage marketing expenditures for the brand/category to optimize spending.
-Assist in conducting consumer analysis, category, channel, and competitive data to assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
-Support Brand Manager/Category Lead in market evaluation, consumer, and competitive data to establish pricing strategies and approaches for new product
launches.
-Review and analyse trends across the brand, competition, category, and consumer behaviour to enhance brand equity and improve market performance.
-Participate in launch management by creating launch plans, facilitating customer sell-ins, conducting regular market visits, and addressing legal and
regulatory issues.
-Collaborate with Brand Manager/Category Lead to oversee the assessment and execution of new product launches for the brand in the local market,
including aspects such as positioning, pricing, placement, and prepositioning.
-Focus on increasing the brand’s value and volume market share.
-Aid Brand Manager/Category Lead to innovate existing products and processes, while developing new and more profitable products, SKUs, or categories in portfolio.
