• Roles and Responsibilities:
  
• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive business growth, leveraging expertise in ATL/BTL marketing, consumer research, and consumer insights.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful product-market fit through effective GTM strategy development.
  
• Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to inform marketing decisions and optimize performance metrics.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
  
• Provide thought leadership on industry trends and best practices within the organization.
  
• Desired Candidate Profile:
  
• 4-8 years of experience in FMCG/Beauty & personal care/Fitness & Wellness industries with an MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
  
• Proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns that drive business results.
  
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, preferences, and pain points; ability to apply this knowledge to develop targeted marketing initiatives.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply and effectively.
