Position Title: Trainee/Officer - Marketing (1 Year Contract) (TMS Payroll)
Qualifications: Graduation/Postgraduates in Marketing
Experience: 1 - 3 Years
Job Location: Vile Parle, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development and Branding:
New Product Launches : Ideation and coordination for new products targeting export and overseas markets.
Packaging Design : Overseeing packaging design and branding strategies for line extensions and new launches.
Collaboration : Working closely with Quality Assurance and other agencies to ensure product and design standards.
Business Development : Discussing new business prospects, including negotiations on pricing, costs, delivery, and specifications.
Media Planning :
Strategic Coordination : Collaborating with media agencies to develop and execute broadcasting plans for commercials.
Budget Management : Analyzing media landscapes and working on cost management to stay within defined budgets.
Creative Input : Providing feedback on storyboards and launching new television commercials for high-end brands to create market buzz.
Report Analysis :- Gather and compile media reports from multiple sources (TV, radio, digital, print).
Organize and categorize data for effective analysis and reporting.
Performance Analysis :
- Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rates, and conversion rates.
- Conduct comparative analyses of different campaigns and time periods to identify trends.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and media planning teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.
- Coordinate with external media agencies for campaign performance insights.
ATL/BTL Activations:
Campaign Management: Handling TV, radio, OOH, and digital campaigns tailored for first-world and overseas markets.
Agency Negotiations: Negotiating with agencies for campaign plans and evaluating them against budget needs.
Creative Activations: Planning and executing point-of-purchase (POP) activations, ensuring creative promotional strategies enhance brand visibility and product differentiation.
Financial Oversight (SAP):
Expense Validation: Verifying and validating promotional spending on a monthly basis.
Procurement Processes: Raising purchase requisitions and orders and verifying broadcasting channel bills.
Vendor Management: Ensuring timely delivery from vendors and managing payment processes.
Export Data Management (APEDA):
Data Recording: Maintaining accurate export data monthly to leverage incentives for the company.
