Assistant Manager Human Resources

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and suggestions.
• Ensure effective communication between plant management and employees, fostering a positive work environment.
• Assist in resolving conflicts, managing disciplinary actions, and maintaining employee morale.
• Coordinate with the plant management team to address employee satisfaction and retention issues.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records (personal data, attendance, performance reviews, etc.) and manage HR documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to HR metrics, employee turnover, training, and compliance audits.
