RSPL Group - Finance Controller (2-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform periodic closure of books of accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

- Prepare necessary schedules for period closure, along with variance analysis and insight for the management action.

- Review and process expense provisions, ensuring they are accurately recorded and compliant with accounting policies.

- Review General Ledger (GL) entries, ensuring they are correctly classified and supported by documentation.

- Ensure that all financial activities are in compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Lead various Statutory and internal audit of company.

- Supervise periodic balance reconciliation.

Requirements:

- MBA or CA with experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industries.

- Strong understanding of SAP

- Knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, Ind AS) and their practical application in day-to-day accounting.

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and management.

- Ability to work under pressure to meet stiff deadlines and manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
