Senior Recruitment Manager

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Head to lead and manage the recruitment strategy for both corporate and Retail hiring across Pan India. This role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, managing a team of recruiters, and collaborating with senior leadership to align hiring efforts with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing high-volume retail hiring, corporate roles, and optimizing recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, this role requires a focus on employer branding, diversity, and creating a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement recruitment strategies for corporate and retail hiring across India.

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets are met.

- Manage recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Work closely with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment efforts.

- Monitor recruitment metrics and optimize processes to improve efficiency and quality of hire.

Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of recruitment experience, including leadership in retail and corporate recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and talent management.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
