Commercial Executive

Title: Commercial - Executive

Reports to: Head National Sales

Department: Sales

Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree

Skill set required:

• Proven experience in a sales coordinator or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Other languages are a plus.
• Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
• A team player with a high level of dedication

Responsibilities & activities:

• Providing all administrative support to the Branch team.
• Responsible for following up on assigned tasks
• Retrieval, follow up & co-ordination with clients for payments, dispatches, approvals, etc
• Communicate important feedback from customers and sales representatives to the appropriate departments.
• Enquiry log maintenance
• Preparation of OAs & Proforma Invoice
• MIS – Daily, Weekly, and Monthly as per required formats.
• Coordination for dispatches with sales & Despatch team.
• Order processing & Supporting sales for customer management
• Daily reports on Sales, Order booking, and Payment collection.
• Sending invoices to customers
• Maintaining Customer Database
• Maintaining petty Cash in the branch
• Processing & authorizing travel reimbursement
• All other Admin, Accounts & Commercial Works related to branch
• Reconciliation of Bank Statements
