Job Description

Become a Human Annotator and Tester to help fine-tune our OpenAI-based AI agents! Youll play a key role in Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) by labeling training data and in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) by testing and rating agent performance. Your input will teach our agents to excel at their tasks. No advanced tech skills required—just attention to detail and a willingness to shape the future of AI!

• Responsibilities:
  
  
• Label SFT data (e.g., tag “good” vs. “bad” responses) with clear guidelines.
• Test agent outputs and provide RLHF feedback (e.g., rank options, flag errors).
• Identify OpenAI-specific issues like repetition or off-topic replies.
• Work with domain experts to ensure feedback aligns with agent goals.
• Participate in iterative testing to refine agent behavior.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with AI tools preferred but not required.
