Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Application Developer with a strong background in C# and .NET to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining desktop applications that enhance user experience and contribute to our software ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Design, code, and debug desktop applications using C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• UI/UX: Implement user interfaces that are intuitive and responsive, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Integration: Work on integrating third-party APIs and existing systems into the desktop application.
• Testing: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support for QA processes to ensure high-quality software releases.
• Maintenance: Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring applications remain stable through updates and maintenance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver coherent software solutions.
• Documentation: Write clear, concise code documentation and maintain technical documentation for reference and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in software development with a focus on desktop applications.
• Strong proficiency in C# programming language.
• Experience with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core.
• Familiarity with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) or Windows Forms for UI development.

• Proficient in using Visual Studio for development.
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management systems like SQL Server.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code with a focus on security and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with multi-threading and asynchronous programming in .NET.
• Knowledge of cloud services integration (e.g., Azure).
