Were seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to build and fine-tune intelligent agents on top of OpenAIs foundational models. You’ll leverage Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to customize agent behavior for specific tasks. Responsibilities include designing SFT datasets, integrating OpenAI’s API into agent workflows, and implementing RLHF pipelines to optimize performance based on human evaluations. • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (Ph.D. a plus).
• 3+ years of ML experience, with hands-on work in NLP or LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with OpenAI API a must.
• Familiarity with RL techniques (e.g., PPO) and libraries like TRL or RLlib.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to experiment with limited model access..
