Key Responsibilities:

JD;-

• Reviewing and analyzing data to uncover patterns and trends in behavior or public preferences
• Recommending improvements to business processes based on findings from data mining projects
• Gathering and cleaning data from multiple sources, including surveys, interviews, and public records
• Identifying opportunities for new products or services based on market research trends
• Developing models using statistics, mathematics, and computer science principles to extract information from large data sets
• Customizing reports to stakeholders based on findings from data analysis projects
• Identifying new sources of data to explore based on findings from previous projects
• Conducting research on new technologies in the field of data mining to identify opportunities for application in different industries
• Recommending changes to existing business processes to improve efficiency

Role:-- Drive high retention as well as increase business from existing clients- Partner with our customers for up-sell opportunities and drive new business growth through advocacy and reference-ability
- Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client expectations and reduce churn of existing customer base
- Identify opportunities for customers to achieve their goals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Influence future lifetime value through product adoption
- Champion Risebird brand in all interaction with clients, candidates and interviewers-B2B Sales
