Join our team as an NLP Specialist to shape the conversational abilities of agents built on OpenAIs language models. You’ll drive Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) by crafting high-quality datasets and use Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) to align agent outputs with user expectations. Your expertise will ensure our agents are fluent, context-aware, and free of common LLM pitfalls like hallucination. • Responsibilities:
  
  
• Curate and annotate SFT datasets with optimal prompts and responses for agent tasks.
• Analyze RLHF feedback to refine agent tone, coherence, and task accuracy.
• Mitigate OpenAI model quirks (e.g., repetition, overconfidence) through data and reward design.
• Work with engineers to integrate NLP enhancements into agent pipelines.
• Test and iterate on agent outputs to meet conversational goals.

• Qualifications:
  
  
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in NLP, Linguistics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 2+ years in NLP, with experience fine-tuning LLMs like GPT.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and OpenAI’s text generation quirks.
• Familiarity with tokenization, embeddings (e.g., OpenAI’s ada-002), and dataset curation.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and linguistic needs.
