We need a Domain Expert to define and refine the capabilities of our OpenAI-based AI agents. Youll provide the expertise to guide Supervised Fine Tuning (SFT) with task-specific examples and shape Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) by evaluating agent performance in your field. Whether your background is in software development, customer service, or another domain, you’ll ensure our agent excels at its job. Collaborate with our ML team to bring your knowledge to life in AI!

• Responsibilities:
  
  
• Create “golden” examples for SFT datasets (e.g., ideal code fixes, support replies).
• Evaluate agent outputs in RLHF, providing feedback to optimize domain-specific performance.
• Define success metrics tailored to the agent’s use case (e.g., accuracy, user satisfaction).
• Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to align training with real-world needs.
• Test agent iterations to ensure domain relevance and quality.
