KRA:
- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a high-performing sales team.
- The person will also collaborate closely with other functional teams, including but not limited to marketing, product, and customer support to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Must have experience of 4+ years in managing Industrial accounts in steel sector.
- Account Management, Sales Operations and revenue management skills
- Track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience in leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Technical background or experience in selling B2B SaaS products.
- Must have proven experience in selling to steel industry manufacturers.
