Business Development Manager | SaaS Brand
- Our client, a well-established SaaS-based firm, is hiring a Business Development Manager who will drive the organization's growth by enhancing its market position and financial performance.
- This role would involve building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining deep insights into current market trends.
Location: Gurugram
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers in target companies to drive the sales process to closure.
- Analyze potential business opportunities, develop strategies, and create compelling proposals for new and existing clients.
- Proactively generate leads, conduct diligent follow-ups, and convert large account prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Develop and implement a solution-based approach for penetrating large accounts, particularly in BFSI, with enterprise loyalty and rewards solutions.
- Present business cases, draft project requirements, and manage negotiations while handling objections effectively.
- Foster strong client relationships, stay informed about products/services, and collaborate on sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of sales experience in Loyalty Organizations, SaaS, or Product Companies, with a preference for candidates with a graduate degree (MBA preferred) and exposure to BFSI.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and a results-driven approach focused on profitability and performance.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and engage effectively with senior management (CMO/CTO level).
- Excellent communication skills, a winning attitude, and proficiency in MS-Windows applications for effective business operations.
