Job Summary: The Senior Manager of HR is responsible for managing the HR department to support the organization's strategic goals and objectives. This role involves developing and implementing HR process, support organizational change, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and talent management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations for onboarding.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Alignment: Understand and align HR strategies with the company's business goals.
2. Talent Management: Identify talent needs and develop strategies to meet these requirements.
3. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to business units on HR-related issues.
4. Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes to ensure they meet business needs.
5. Workforce Planning: Analyze trends and develop workforce plans to address issues and improve business results.
6. HR Initiatives: Manage HR programs and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
7. Leadership Support: Work closely with senior leaders to represent their interests and support their teams.
8. Preparing different HR MIS reports for the organization involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to help manage HR functions effectively.
