A. JOB PURPOSE

• This role is responsible for
• Monitoring and Coordinating all aspects of HR in south kolkata ensuring timely and efficient delivery of HR services, policies and programs in line with the Spencers Retails HR philosophy and strategy.

B. JOB DESCRIPTION: SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES / DELIVERABLES

• FINANCIAL
• Achieve Budgeted Manpower Template
• To adhere to allocated budget for execution of HR functions.
• Achieve budgeted timelines for HR processes
• OPERATIONAL : Internal Business Processes
• Drive implementation of talent development & talent engagement policies in collaboration with the Zonal/Regional HR teams
• Ensure HR technology is implemented and grievances for HR delivery are timely addressed.
• Ensure timely delivery of different programs for all the zones.
• Achieve high employee engagement levels through effective HR policies implementation.
• New Employee welfare policies development
• PEOPLE
• To select and develop a team of HR generalists to ensure timely and efficient delivery of HR processes & programs in the zone.
• To ensure smooth induction & familiarization of team members with the organizational culture and business environment.
• To set performance evaluation parameters for each team member in line with the organizational objectives & ensure periodic review and feedback on the same.
• To clearly communicate all policies and procedures to each team member.
• CUSTOMER
• To ensure holistic HR support to all business verticals and zones.
• To liaise with the Zonal/Regional HR team in effective implementation of all HR systems and procedures.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

∙ MBA (HR)

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE

• 3-7 years of generalist experience in similar or aligned industry.
