Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on business planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support organizational goals.
  
• Develop and implement effective people management strategies to drive employee engagement, retention, and performance improvement.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop solutions for attracting, retaining, and developing key employees.
  
• Analyze data to inform HR decisions related to workforce planning, succession planning, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, laws, regulations by maintaining accurate records and reports.
