Job Role: Assistant Manager - HRBP

Purpose of the Job

A Business Partner who will be responsible for HR practices related to Staffing, Employee retention, Performance Management, Implementation of HR Processes, OD Interventions, Learning & Development for all line of businesses of BIBA

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

1. Closure of Requisitions within committed Time-lines
2. Audit HR & Operations assessment sheets to ensure they are duly filled and complete
3. Ensure that employee grievances related to HR and Post exit queries are resolved in a timely manner.
4. Accurate and timely roll out of appointment letters , ID Cards, ESI Cards etc
5. Partner with Employee Development team to ensure training needs of the unit are covered within prescribed budget
6. PIP & PEP review for employees
7. Maintain regular connect with Assistant Managers through structured and informal meets and serve as HR consultant and employee advocate.
8. Analyze attrition trends tenure wise and devise interventions for retention of employees.
9. Conduct HR Assessment of Potential Candidates at the front end level
10. Regular Store Visits as per the defined SLAs
