Assistant Manager-Retail Planner

The Planner, will be responsible for tracking inventory and bringing in new products based on predicted needs for customers. They're a liaison between the customer, supply chain, marketing , buying department, ensuring what the customer wants is available.

Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

• Ensuring effective Inventory management for the concept in the territory ( order management, stock consolidation, movement and transfer, optimum stock utilization, stock return and shrinkage)
• Ensuring roll-out of new store openings and timely dispatches
• Ensuring IBT of EBO's on the basis of low sell through & high stock availability at other stores.
• Maintaining RTV for specific requirements from channel Partners
• Ensuring allocation of new stock and work closely with IT,VM,WH for flow of merchandise in a timely manner
• Work closely with WH for dispatches, store Priority etc
• Ensuring stock replenishment and transfers( IBT)
• Data Management & reports.

People Management Responsibilities

• Work with the supply chain team, ensuring timely dispatch of the stock
• Replenishment of fast movers to EBOs and MBOs
• Track and maintain stock transit,by maintaining a dispatch tracker and get the validation done by WH
• Ensuring TOs are made for MBO PO and EBO picklist and WH has adequate picking as per prescribed SLAs
• Ensuring advance planning for Marketing Events at store/Promotions

Financial Responsibilities

• Dispatch priority
• Diapatch Mode
• RTV discipline (as per organisations norms)
• RTV for specific requirement from channel partners.
