Demand Planner Job Description:

• Forecasting and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Analyzing historical data, sales trends, and market conditions to create accurate demand forecasts.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to align on demand plans.
• Developing and maintaining demand planning models and reports.
• Monitoring and adjusting forecasts based on changes in the market, promotions, or inventory levels.
• Identifying and addressing supply chain challenges to ensure product availability.
• Ensuring accurate data entry and timely communication of forecast updates.
• Implementing continuous improvements in demand planning processes.
• Managing stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Experience / Skills:

• Only female candidate can apply
• 07 to 10 years of Experience with qualification of Post Graduation - MBA, M.Tech
• Relevant work experience in customer facing roles - sales, marketing, logistics, supply planning and execution would be an preferred.
• Experience of working in FMCG environments would be preferred
• Should have experience of working in a matrix relationship structure.
• Hands on Experience in SAP, Power BI, Tableau & Statistical Analysis.
