PPIC Executive @Pithampur (M.P.)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for complete Production Planning schedules to ensure a smooth manufacturing process Inventory control activities in the plant.
• Supply planning cycle schedule adherence
• Release weekly production plan and maintaining MSL
• Tracking of Plan v/s Actual based on weekly frozen plan
• Critical FG shortfall reporting Weekly to HO Planning along with delivery dates
• Sharing material shortage to Purchase team as per monthly and weekly plan and follow-up for the same
• Co-ordination with HO & Site purchase Team for critical deliveries
• Daily Release of process order to production based on requirement
• Follow-up with QC for release for RM & PM release
• Follow-up with QA/QC for release for FG
• Co-ordination with sales team and production team to manage daily, weekly, Monthly planning & ensure timely dispatches.
• Undertake Regulatory compliance, Statutory compliance, pack changes, MRP changes etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have experience in Pharma PPIC
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel
• Good communication skills
• Good in Cross functional team engagement
