PPIC Assistant Manager / Sr. Executive

YEAR OF EXPERIENCE : 4- 8 Years of relevant experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC)

QUALIFICATION : Any graduate + MBA/Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management / Operations Management

LOCATION: Chopanki, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Handling supply planning at site for ~120 products & 250+ SKUs
Raw and Packing Material Planning handled of more than 1000 units
Supply planning cycle schedule adherence
Release weekly production plan and maintaining MSL
Tracking of Plan v/s Actual based on weekly frozen plan
Critical FG shortfall reporting Weekly to HO Planning along with delivery dates
Sharing material shortage to Purchase team as per monthly and weekly plan and follow-up for the same
Co-ordination with HO & Site purchase Team for critical deliveries
Daily Release of process order to production based on requirement
Follow-up with QC for release for RM & PM release
Follow-up with QA/QC for release for FG
Co-ordination with sales team and production team to manage daily, weekly, Monthly planning & ensure timely dispatches.
Undertake Regulatory compliance, Statutory compliance, pack changes, MRP changes
etc.

COMPETENCIES :

Must have minimum 4 Years relevant experience in ERP / SAP PP module
Good Knowledge in MS Excel
Good communication skills
Good in Cross functional team engagement
