PPIC Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) strategies to optimize manufacturing processes (OSD Experience is mandatory)
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute production schedules.
  
• Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
  
• Implement Material Planning systems to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  
• Monitor KPIs such as OEE, TAT, Fill rate, etc. to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in PPIC Execution role in an auto component industry.
  
• Strong understanding of PPIC principles, including Production Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, and Material Planning.
  
• Proficiency in using software tools like SAP APO or similar systems for demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
